Hi, I’m Alexander. I specialize in alleviating chronic pain through holistic medicine. At 31 and originally from Ukraine, I shifted from dentistry to physical therapy to pursue my passion. Currently based in Poland, I offer my expertise to clients around the world.

During my final year of school, I became captivated by extreme cycling, dedicating all my free time to mastering tricks and forming friendships. However, this passion came with a downside. In 2009, as I began my medical studies, I was suddenly plagued by intense pain in my groin and right leg. The discomfort seemed to appear out of nowhere. Despite the pain, I couldn’t bring myself to give up cycling, especially since the pain would occasionally subside

As time passed, I went to university. However, the pain in my leg worsened, making it difficult for me to sit through classes. As a result, I often skipped class. It was the most intense pain I had ever experienced, and neither medication nor injections provided complete relief. Eventually, I decided to get an MRI scan. The diagnosis was disheartening for an 18-year-old on the cusp of adulthood: my lumbar discs were essentially ‘destroyed,’ accompanied by two large intervertebral hernias and two protrusions. Additionally, my back and pelvis were misaligned, which doctors diagnosed as scoliosis—a condition I would have to manage for the rest of my life. I was at a loss for what to do next

The pain was relentless, and surgery was a last resort I wanted to avoid at my young age. I explored every therapeutic avenue available—from rehab centers and stretching routines to acupuncture, massages, and manual therapy. However, the pain never fully subsided. This experience piqued my interest in kinesiotherapy. I focused on building strong back muscles in the hope that they would alleviate my pain. While this strategy offered some relief, it was only a partial solution.

In 2017, I discovered a groundbreaking U.S.-based method for treating postural pain (PRI). While I made some initial progress applying its principles, I realized I needed expert guidance to achieve significant results. A referral led me to a specialist in Poland, where just five weeks of intensive therapy remarkably eliminated my pain.

What was the root cause? Asymmetry. My cycling habits and poor posture at the computer had caused a pelvic misalignment, locking it into a right-leaning stance and resulting in persistent pain and related complications.

Since 2018, I’ve been on my journey as a therapist, understanding that education is a never-ending process
